Update on Fondo Est and Quas

East Fund

News . 2/2024 from Fondo Est outlines some changes regarding contributions for the year 2025. Specifically, the Fund has announced that the renewal of the Confcommercio Supplementary Territorial Agreement, in addition to establishing the mandatory payment of the Sanimpresa contribution throughout the Lazio region, thus extending beyond the province of Rome, has provided for an increase in the monthly contribution. Sanimpresa , which, from January 1, 2025, will increase from €11 to €14 per employee.

Furthermore, following contract renewals, from April 1, 2025, the ordinary monthly contributions to the Fondo Est fund for contracts in the tertiary, distribution, and services sectors (code H011) and modern organized distribution (code Cnel H008) will increase from the current €12 to €15 per employee (of which €13 will be paid by the employer and €2 by the employee).

 

QuAS (Healthcare Fund for Middle Management)

The renewals of the National Collective Labor Agreements, which took place in 2024, provided for anincrease in the contribution allocated to QuAS by the following amounts

following:

·      20 euros payable by the employer starting from January 1, 2025

· An additional €20 to be paid by the employer starting January 1, 2026.

 

Please note that contributions are payable to QuAS for managers employed by employers who apply the following collective agreements:

· H011 – National Collective Labor Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Sectors
