Fondo Est

News No. 2/2024 from Fondo Est outlines some updates regarding contributions for the year 2025. Specifically, the Fund has announced that the renewal of the Confcommercio Territorial Supplementary Agreement, in addition to establishing the mandatory payment of the Sanimpresa contribution across the entire Lazio Region, thereby extending beyond the province of Rome alone, has increased the monthly Sanimpresa contribution, which, from January 1, 2025, will rise from 11 euros to 14 euros per employee.

Furthermore, following the contractual renewals, from April 1, 2025, the ordinary monthly contributions of Fondo Est for the Contracts of the Tertiary sector, Distribution and Services (code H011) and of the Modern Organized Distribution (Cnel code H008), will increase from the current 12 euros to 15 euros per employee (of which 13 euros are borne by the employer and 2 euros are borne by the employee).

QuAS (Cassa di assistenza Sanitaria Quadri)

The renewals of the National Collective Labor Agreements, which took place during 2024, provided for an increase in the contribution to QuAS in the following amounts

following:

·      20 euros borne by the employer starting from 01/01/2025

·      An additional 20 euros to be paid by the employer starting from 01/01/2026

We remind you that contributions are due to QuAS for Managers employed by employers who apply the following Collective Agreements:

·      H011 – CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi
