Eastern Fund

News s No. 2/2024 from Fondo Est outlines several changes regarding contributions for the year 2025. Specifically, the Fund announced that the renewal of the Confcommercio Territorial Supplementary Agreement not only established the mandatory payment of the Sanimpresa fee throughout the entire Lazio Region—thus extending beyond the province of Rome alone—but also provided for an increase in the monthly fee Sanimpresa which, effective January 1, 2025, will rise from 11 euros to 14 euros per employee.

Furthermore, following the contract renewals, effective April 1, 2025, the regular monthly contributions to Fondo Est for contracts in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors (code H011) and the Modern Organized Distribution sector (CNEL code H008) will increase from the current 12 euros to 15 euros per employee (of which 13 euros are paid by the employer and 2 euros by the employee).

 

QuAS (Health Insurance Fund for Middle Management)

The renewals of the National Collective Bargaining Agreements, which took place in 2024, provided for theincrease in the contribution allocated to QuAS by the following amounts

as follows:

·      20 euros to be paid by the employer effective January 1, 2025

· An additional 20 euros to be paid by the employer effective January 1, 2026

 

Please note that contributions are due to QuAS for managers employed by employers who apply the following collective bargaining agreements:

· H011 – National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Sector, Distribution, and Services
