Fondo Est's News No. 2/2024 outlines several updates concerning contributions for the year 2025. Specifically, the Fund has announced that the renewal of the Confcommercio Territorial Supplementary Agreement, in addition to mandating the payment of the Sanimpresa contribution across the entire Lazio Region, thereby extending beyond the sole province of Rome, has also stipulated an increase in the monthly Sanimpresa contribution, which will rise from 11 euros to 14 euros per employee starting January 1, 2025.

Furthermore, following contractual renewals, effective April 1, 2025, the ordinary monthly Fondo Est contributions for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services Contracts (code H011) and Modern Organized Distribution Contracts (Cnel code H008) will increase from the current 12 euros to 15 euros per employee (of which 13 euros are borne by the employer and 2 euros by the employee).

QuAS (Healthcare Assistance Fund for Executives)

The renewals of the National Collective Labor Agreements, which occurred during 2024, have stipulated an increase in the contribution allocated to QuAS in the measures

following:

·      20 euros borne by the employer, effective January 1, 2025

·      An additional 20 euros borne by the employer, effective January 1, 2026

It is reminded that contributions are due to QuAS for Executives employed by employers applying the following Collective Agreements:

·      H011 – National Collective Labor Agreement for Tertiary, Distribution, and Services
