We are looking for two candidates for the role of Senior Payroll Specialist, one on a fixed-term contract and one on a permanent contract.
RAL: €28,000 - €31,000 (14 monthly payments)
Meal vouchers: €5 per day
About us:
We are a long-established and well-known Labor Consultancy firm Labor Consultancy in Milan.
We take a consultative approach to personnel administration and Labor Consultancy on a team of around 30 skilled and highly experienced professionals.
Tasks to be performed:
Proficiency in the following activities is required:
• Hiring, changes, and termination of employment relationships
• Opening, changes, and closing of company positions (INPS, INAIL, Cassa edile, etc.)
• Management of the entire company payroll cycle (payroll processing and related monthly and annual obligations)
• Individual labor costs and company personnel budget
• Management of relations with various institutions (e.g., INPS, INAIL, pension funds)
• Consulting to clients with the support of the Labor Consultant on personnel-related issues
Requirements:
• Accounting diploma and/or degree in economics/law
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the role
Skills:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TeamSystem payroll applications is considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of all payroll requirements and the main national collective labor agreements
• Problem-solving skills, customer-focused and results-oriented
• Aptitude for teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

We offer a permanent/fixed-term, full-time employment contract commensurate with experience, under the national collective labor agreement for professional firms, with the following hours: Mon/Fri 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m./2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
