Payroll Specialist

We are looking for two figures for the role of Senior Payroll Specialist, one on a fixed-term contract and one on a permanent contract.
Gross Annual Salary: € 28,000 - € 31,000 (14 months)
Meal vouchers: € 5 per day
About us:
We are a historic and well-known Labor Consultancy firm located in Milan.
We deal with personnel administration and Labor Consultancy with a consulting approach and method, using a team of about 30 prepared and highly experienced resources.
Activities to be carried out:
Mastery of the following activities is required:
• Hiring, changes and terminations of employment relationships
• Opening, changing and closing company positions (INPS, INAIL, Cassa edile, etc.)
• Management of the entire company remuneration cycle (payroll processing and related monthly and annual obligations)
• Individual labor costs and company personnel budget
• Management of relations with various institutions (e.g. Inps Inail, pension funds)
• Consulting the client with the support of the Labor Consultant on issues relating to personnel
Requirements:
• Accounting diploma and/or Degree in economics/law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role
Skills:
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Knowledge of TeamSystem payroll applications is considered a preferential qualification
• Good knowledge of all payroll obligations and the main National Collective Labor Agreements
• Problem solving skills, customer and result orientation
• Attitude to teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

We offer a subordinate employment contract appropriate to the experience gained, permanent/fixed-term, full time within the scope of the professional firms CCNL, with the following hours: Mon./Fri. 8:30-12:30/14:00-18:00.
