We are looking for two candidates for the role of Senior Payroll Specialist, one on a fixed-term contract and one on a permanent contract.
Annual salary: €28,000 - €31,000 (14 monthly payments)
Meal vouchers: €5 per day
About us:
We are a long-established and well-known Labor Consultancy firm Labor Consultancy in Milan.
We handle personnel administration and Labor Consultancy with a consultative approach and methodology, Labor Consultancy on a team of approximately 30 highly trained and experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
Proficiency in the following areas is required:
• Hiring, changes, and terminations of employment contracts
• Registration, changes, and deregistration of company accounts (INPS, INAIL, Construction Workers’ Fund, etc.)
• Management of the entire company payroll cycle (payroll processing and related monthly and annual compliance obligations)
• Individual labor costs and company personnel budget
• Management of relationships with various institutions (e.g., INPS, INAIL, pension funds)
• Client consulting with the support of the Labor Consultant on personnel-related issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics/law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role
Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TeamSystem payroll applications is preferred
• Proficiency in all payroll compliance requirements and the main national collective bargaining agreements (CCNL)
• Problem-solving skills, customer- and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

We offer a full-time employment contract commensurate with experience, either permanent or fixed-term, under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for professional firms, with the following hours: Mon.–Fri. 8:30 AM–12:30 PM/2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
