We are looking for two candidates for the position of Senior Payroll Specialist—one for a fixed-term contract and one for a permanent position.

Annual Salary: €28,000 – €31,000 (14 monthly payments)
Meal vouchers: €5 per day

About Us:
We are a long-established and well-known firm in the field of Labor Consultancy located in Milan.
We handle personnel administration and Labor Consultancy using a consultative approach and methodology, supported by a team of approximately 30 highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
Proficiency in the following areas is required:
• Hiring, changes, and terminations of employment
• Registration, changes, and deregistration of company accounts (INPS, INAIL, Construction Workers’ Fund, etc.)
• Management of the entire company payroll cycle (payroll processing and related monthly and annual compliance requirements)
• Individual labor costs and company personnel budgets
• Management of relationships with various institutions (e.g., INPS, INAIL, pension funds)
• Providing client consulting, with the support of the Labor Consultant, on personnel-related issues

Requirements:
• High school diploma in accounting and/or a bachelor’s degree in economics or law
• At least 5 years of experience in this role

Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TeamSystem payroll applications is preferred
• Thorough understanding of all payroll compliance requirements and the main national collective bargaining agreements (CCNL)
• Problem-solving skills, customer focus, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

We offer a full-time employment contract commensurate with your experience, either permanent or fixed-term, under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for professional firms, with the following hours: Mon.–Fri. 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m./2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
